Policies

All services are by appointment only, so please schedule an amazing facial with a consultation in-person or virtually. All appointments will be reserved with a credit card.

Cancellations

We require 48 hour cancellation notice for all services. Rescheduling or canceling after the required cancellation window will result in a 50% charge of the total service. Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged the full value of the scheduled treatment.

We email and text 6 days prior to an appointment. We reserve the right to release your appointment if you have not confirmed or responded after 4 attempts of reaching out when there is 48 hours or less before your scheduled session.

We understand things happen and life can be busy; your courtesy will be appreciated by us and clients who are waiting for an appointment to become available.

Product Purchase/Gift Certificates

All sales are final. If you would like to contact us and have questions prior to purchasing, we would be more than happy to help you.

In the event of the product arriving damaged, please contact us immediately.

Products that are new and unopened may be returned within seven days after the authorization from Skin by Naz for full credit (customer must pay for return shipping).
A new and unopened product may be exchanged for a different product within seven days from the purchase date (customer must pay for return shipping).

Gift certificates are good at full value for exactly one year from the issue date. After one year, the gift certificate will be void and have no value. Gift certificates can only be redeemed towards services (not for cash or products).

Refunds

There are no cash or credit card refunds, instead credit will be given towards future treatments.
There are no refunds on services rendered, series packages or gift certificates.

Products may be exchanged for a different product within seven days from the purchase date and they must be unopened and in the original packaging for an exchange to happen.

I view skincare as an art form, and my goal is to help each client heal their body from the inside out. For me, beauty is more than simply appearing to have flawless skin - beauty comes from the well-being of one's body. Every individual is different; everyone needs something unique and distinctive. I have been going to Naz for 3 yrs. Her holistic approach helped me manage my acne without all the harsh chemicals and medications. With her Treatment and home skin care routine my overly oily skin started being much less oily and got healthier. She is very thorough in her assessment of her client's skin and diet/sleep habits. I have been coming to Naz for a little over a year and I am so grateful that I found her. I am entering into my 30's and it has been my goal to take better care of my skin. That being said, when I first came to Naz, my main concern was to retain a healthy and wrinkle free skin. Naz's custom facial for my skin has been worthwhile because I felt the difference just after my first treatment. In addition, ever since I have been using Naz's products, my skin is definitely healthier and smoother looking. It feels that my skin is getting enough moisture and nutrients and I don't even feel the need to wear too much makeup anymore. I have been mostly getting the custom treatment and have not tried out any other treatments yet, but I thoroughly enjoy my visits for my current treatment and may look into other treatments in the future.
By far, I'd say everything about Skin by Naz is unique. For one, she knows what she is doing and results are there to prove her expertise. Two, she is extremely professional. There, she takes the time to get to know her clients and actually goes above and beyond to give excellent services to her clients. I don't know any businesses that send hand-written notes to their clients on their birthdays and thank you cards on their purchases.
