All services are by appointment only, so please schedule an amazing facial with a consultation in-person or virtually. All appointments will be reserved with a credit card.
We require 48 hour cancellation notice for all services. Rescheduling or canceling after the required cancellation window will result in a 50% charge of the total service. Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged the full value of the scheduled treatment.
We email and text 6 days prior to an appointment. We reserve the right to release your appointment if you have not confirmed or responded after 4 attempts of reaching out when there is 48 hours or less before your scheduled session.
We understand things happen and life can be busy; your courtesy will be appreciated by us and clients who are waiting for an appointment to become available.
Product Purchase/Gift Certificates
All sales are final. If you would like to contact us and have questions prior to purchasing, we would be more than happy to help you.
In the event of the product arriving damaged, please contact us immediately.
Products that are new and unopened may be returned within seven days after the authorization from Skin by Naz for full credit (customer must pay for return shipping).
A new and unopened product may be exchanged for a different product within seven days from the purchase date (customer must pay for return shipping).
Gift certificates are good at full value for exactly one year from the issue date. After one year, the gift certificate will be void and have no value. Gift certificates can only be redeemed towards services (not for cash or products).
There are no cash or credit card refunds, instead credit will be given towards future treatments.
There are no refunds on services rendered, series packages or gift certificates.
Products may be exchanged for a different product within seven days from the purchase date and they must be unopened and in the original packaging for an exchange to happen.
